Music

My name is Beth Ogden, and I am so happy to be the music teacher at Dallas Harris Elementary School.  I transferred to Dallas Harris in 2024 after teaching at Amity Elementary for 15 years.  In 2026, I just finished my 30th year of teaching!

I have taught music to all grade levels, but my heart lies in Elementary music.   I love exploring and exposing children to different types of music.  I love the joy I see when they sing, dance, and play instruments.  Each grade level will have a music program every school year, where they will perform for the school and parents.  I also offer “Coyote Choir” to all 5th and 6th-grade students.  It is a place where kids who love to sing can participate and perform with other kids who love to sing and perform.  Please follow me on Instagram at @DallasHarrisMusicYotes to keep up with all the fun things we are doing in the music room.
