Learn about Dallas Harris!

Dallas and Alta Haris founded their family ranch based on their core values: stewardship, preservation, and quality of life. In 1976 he put his vision of exceptional living into the Warm Springs Village plan. Three decades later, that vision came to life and continues to unfold across Harris Ranch – incorporating New Urbanism and Smart Growth principles to create a connected and vibrant community. 

To honor his pioneering vision and legacy, the Harris Family and Barber Valley Development were proud to donate the land to the Boise School District to serve as the home for our beautiful school. In 2017, 2.3 acres was donated by the Harris Family. An additional .7 was donated in 2023. Our school opened officially in the fall of 2023. We continue to be grateful to all involved for creating an incredible learning environment for our wonderful students.
